Return Policy
At Beat Gang Merch, we want to provide the best customer service to you.
Regular Order: Items purchased under “Shop” may be returned only if there is a manufacturing defect, such as a hole or the print off of your tee(s) is peeling off. All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving product(s).
Custom Orders: All Custom Orders are FINAL Sale and are not able to be returned back to us. Once image is on t-shirt, it is permanent and cannot be removed. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
Bulk Orders: All bulk orders are FINAL Sale. Please ensure when your sample tee is sent to you and everything is to your satisfaction.
Jewelry, Sunglasses & Accessories: Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry. All jewelry and accessories are FINAL sale.
